Presented by Iceland Naturally, Taste of Iceland returns to Toronto for its sixth consecutive year, celebrating all things Icelandic. Jump is honoured to host Executive Chef Sigurður Helgason (Radisson Blu Saga, Grillið Restaurant) and his take on authentic Icelandic cuisine.

Icelandic Tasting Menu | Nov 10-12

Enjoy a four-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Sigurður Helgason (Radisson Blu Saga, Grillið Restaurant), featuring time-honoured Icelandic ingredients such as Arctic char, lamb, and skyr. Chef Helgason will be joined by Chef de Cuisine Miheer Shete and the Jump Restaurant team.

An Evening in Iceland | Sun, Nov 13

Experience an immersive evening showcasing the best of Icelandic music, cuisine, and drinks. Enjoy a live performance by an Icelandic folk artist Axel Flóvent during the cocktail and canapé reception, followed by the opportunity to meet and hear from Chefs Sigurður Helgason and Miheer Shete. Mix and mingle with your fellow diners over a four-course dinner with wine pairings, highlighting traditional Icelandic flavours. A true culinary experience fit for any foodie!

Reception from 5pm, dinner from 6pm
